We require a high level, service driven, approach from our approved suppliers and a positive attitude to the delivery of products on time every time, without quality problems. Our demand is that products are supplied right first time. This includes all of the necessary supply chain paperwork, documentation, COAs, MSDS, hazard labels, UN packaging, export licences etc.
Successful suppliers understand their responsibility to deliver the product ordered, and fully meet the purchase terms and conditions on the purchase order. Payment is guaranteed if the supplier meets its responsibilities on quality, delivery timelines and paperwork.
Your business reputation is important and we are proud of our own. We expect our suppliers to meet International standards on environmental care, control of waste, process control, safe working, and ethical and respectful employment policies. Competitive pricing is fundamental to business.
